Hard Money lending is a necessary niche in the mortgage/real estate industry. I’ve been involved in the commercial HM industry for many years and have seen how hard money loans have helped clients save their
property, save jobs and even create jobs.

Yes, HM lenders get a handsome interest rate but the risk they take is substantial. In the end HM is not for everyone but it is a useful tool if used correctly.
