Kevin S Clark, aka, “Mr. Hard Money” is Founder and Managing Member of Clark Capital Group, LLC. Kevin has been described as a marketing genius, his specialty being hard money lending and real estate marketing. He is a respected industry leader with more than 25 years of experience, and has originated billions of dollars in non-conforming commercial real estate (Hard-Money) loans. Kevin S Clark was Director of Marketing for one of the nation’s largest private commercial mortgage lending firms, from November 1988 until July 2003. In his role as Director of Marketing, he was a major force in helping the private lending firm gain national recognition as one of the country’s largest private lending sources.

Today, Kevin S Clark is Managing Member for Clark Capital Group, LLC (CCG) in Old Tappan, New Jersey. CCG is a business consulting company specializing in creative financing for non-conforming (Hard Money) commercial real estate mortgage loans, for fix n flippers of smaller properties, and businesses. Through its consulting services CCG locates funding opportunities nationally as well as internationally for direct private lending firms, hedge funds and banks.

Additionally, from 2003 to 2007 , Kevin S Clark was a visiting instructor for the Dynetech Corp, a seminar company out of Orlando, FL. Kevin instructed for Dynetech’s American Cash-Flow Association and the real estate guru’s, Robert Allen and Carlton Sheets programs.

In mid summer 2005, he made available his new e-book, “Kevin S Clark’s Making Money with Hard Money Commercial Mortgage Lenders, Tips & Tools for Getting Your Non-Conforming Commercial Mortgage Funded Fast”. Kevin’s Hard Money Training e-book is dedicated to training mortgage professionals who are interested in learning the “Hard Money” commercial mortgage business.

A New York City native, he attended Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.

Through his knowledge of the Internet and marketing expertise, Kevin helped catapult his wife’s business as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker in Hillsdale, New Jersey. Today, his wife, Paula Clark, is a top Coldwell Banker Realtor out of over 3000 CB agents in the state on New Jersey. Paula specializes in Bergen County, New Jersey. Kevin and Paula work as a team. Kevin is a licensed New Jersey Realtor and Certified as a  Coldwell Banker Commercial specialist.

President and Shareholder Duties – locate, acquire and entitle land; finance; design; negotiate contractor contracts; oversee all legal, sales, construct and close sales; arranged and borrowed construction funds from the Bank of New York and permanent loans from a multitude of end loan providers.
Blockbuster Video Development Company – Subcontracted to develop miniature golf component at first and only amusement park developed by Blockbuster before acquisition by Time Warner. Duties included finance, management, obtain entitlements and oversee development.
Lawrenceville, GA – Part owner in the development of an amusement park. Acquired land; arranged for entitlements; developed the park; eventually sold same
First American National Bank and Guaranty Mortgage Company – Nashville, TN Senior Vice President in charge of construction lending and permanent loan underwriting and placement with 100 correspondent lenders for the mortgage company. Tenor – three years.
Creighton Mortgage Company – Atlanta, GA – Merged company with First American National bank after 4 years in the mortgage banking business. Opened the first out of state National Banking Mortgage Division in Atlanta, GA.
Phipps Harrington Mortgage Company – Atlanta, GA – Senior Vice President in charge of all commercial real estate loans. Tenure two years division sold to New Orleans company.
